Is your library a Doppelganger? If you answered Yes, No or Maybe then this workshop is for you! This hands on interactive experience will provide participants an opportunity to deep dive into the components of the Future Ready Librarian Framework as it relates to the Future Ready Framework. Instructional leaders will leave this session with a strong understanding of the frameworks that will enable them to develop their own Future Ready Libraries.

Prior to this position, Allan served District 204 as a middle school principal at both Crone and Hill Middle School. In addition, Allan coaches and consults with other professionals in the following areas: digital citizenship, future ready libraries, instructional leadership as well as building a positive climate and culture.
