Web-based technology tools have the power to transform the giving and getting of feedback in the classroom. Formative assessment can happen in real-time in ways that were never possible before. The heart of it all is still communication about student progress and perceptions. Come to this interactive session to experience how a philosophy of formative assessment can be enhanced and transformed with technology integration in order to create feedback loops. Bring ideas or materials and plan to work with tools and techniques in Google Apps for Education and a collection of other largely free web apps that can be put to use in your classroom tomorrow.
