Remember when you used to doodle in the margins of your notebook paper in class? Did you know you were sketchnoting? Sketchnoting is a visual note taking strategy that connects visuals with words to help improve our ability to synthesize retain, attend to and recall information while strengthening our metacognition. This interactive, hands on workshop will have you doodling to learn a variety of different ways you can use sketchnoting’s elements to enhance learning for all students and teach you how you can combine these parts together to create sketchnotes of your own. Come doodle with us!
