Shift the way you teach and improve the way students learn. You will learn how to engage students with hands-on experiences in STEM, Novel Engineering, and Tinkering. The emphasis is learning through doing in a social environment using the 4Cs; creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. Discuss the importance of redesigning your learning environment to allow for maximum flexibility. Share ideas with colleagues and leave with new ideas to revitalize your curriculum. Refine your professional practice and make lasting changes in the way you teach.
