Interested in finding the time to offer, and participate in professional development? This session provides strategies to incorporate job embedded opportunities and creative options for strategic and ongoing support. We explore questioning techniques, unique ways to approach brainstorming, building a culture of learning and more through leveraging digital learning tools and research. This high energy session allows reflection time for participants to consider and re-imagine professional learning opportunities in their own district. Whether it be a department meeting, full Institute Day or year long planning, these approaches will infuse reflection, fun and involvement into learning.
